Consumer Search Group – Corporate Rebranding Announcement (1 Jul 2011)
In order to further enhance our services to you and to meet the rapidly changing demands of the marketplace, we have launched a corporate re-branding campaign as from 1 July, 2011.
Consumer Search becomes a member of WIN/GIA Association (17 May 2011)
We are pleased to announce that Consumer Search has joined the WIN/GIA network as the representative of Hong Kong. The membership was announced at the annual conference of WIN/GIA held in Moscow from May 1 to May 4, 2011.
Mr. Chen Jin joining Consumer Search Group (China) as CEO (13 Apr 2011)
We are pleased to announce that, commencing on 1st April 2011, Mr. Chen Jin has joined and been appointed as CEO of Greater China of Consumer Search Group.

As a mandatory measurement of our ISO-accredited quality management system, Consumer Search has conducted the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey early this year to understand how well we have served our clients in the last 12 months. The result is inspiring – the overall satisfaction score is 90.9%, which is a significant improvement compared to 85.7% in 2009.
